Polymer Thick Film

 

Polymer Thick Film is a screen printable, organic mixture in a paste form that can be cured at temperatures ranging from ambient to 350oC depending on the substrate material and curing system.  Passive components (conductors, potentiometers, edge connectors, multilayer's, and switch contacts) and a variety of other devices can be printed directly onto the PC board.  Polymer Thick film materials form highly reliable circuitry.
